Garlic Butter Sautéed Cup Mushrooms

Ingredients (Serves 2–4):

250g Premium Cup Mushrooms, cleaned & sliced

2 tbsp butter (or olive oil for vegan option)

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Salt & black pepper to taste

Optional: squeeze of lemon juice
Instructions:

Heat butter in a large pan over medium heat.

Add garlic and stir for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add mushrooms and sauté for 5–7 minutes until golden and tender.

Season with salt, pepper, and parsley. Add lemon juice if using.
