Pak Choi Recipe :

Here’s a simple and delicious recipe for Stir-Fried :

Ingredients:
– 2 heads of pak choi (bok choy), washed and separated

– 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
– 2 cloves of garlic, minced
– 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
– 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Optional: sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions:
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the minced garlic to the pan and stir-fry for 30 seconds, or until fragrant.
3. Add the pak choi to the pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, or until the leaves are wilted and the stems are tender-crisp.
4. Drizzle the soy sauce and sesame oil over the pak choi and toss to coat evenly.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Transfer the stir-fried to a serving dish, garnish with sesame seeds if desired, and serve immediately.
