  • 2 chicken breasts, cut into strips

  • 1 egg, beaten 🥚

  • 1 cup broccoli or cauliflower florets (steamed & chopped)

  • 1 small carrot, grated 🥕

  • 1/2 cup mashed potato or cooked quinoa

  • 1/4 cup grated cheese (or vegan cheese) 🧀

  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder or mixed herbs

  • 1 egg or flax egg (1 tbsp ground flax + 2.5 tbsp water)
