🥦🧄🍜 Garlic & Sesame Tenderstem Stir-Fry

🛒 Ingredients (Serves 2–3):

  • 200g organic tender-stem broccoli 🥦

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, finely sliced 🧄

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds (plus more to garnish)

  • Optional: a pinch of chilli flakes 🌶️ or a dash of rice vinegar

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Heat sesame oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium-high heat.

  2. Add garlic and stir for 30 seconds until fragrant.

  3. Add tender-stem broccoli and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until just tender but still crisp.
