Garlic & Sesame Tenderstem Stir-Fry

Ingredients (Serves 2–3):

200g organic tender-stem broccoli

1 tbsp sesame oil

2 cloves garlic, finely sliced

1 tbsp soy sauce
-
1 tsp toasted sesame seeds (plus more to garnish)

Optional: a pinch of chilli flakes
or a dash of rice vinegar
Instructions:

Heat sesame oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium-high heat.

Add garlic and stir for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add tender-stem broccoli and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until just tender but still crisp.

Splash in soy sauce and toss to coat. Add chilli flakes or vinegar if using.
