🛒 Ingredients (Serves 2–3):

1 sweetheart cabbage, thinly sliced 🥬

1 tbsp olive oil or butter 🧈

2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced or minced 🧄

Juice of 1/2 a lemon 🍋

Salt & pepper to taste 🧂

Optional: chilli flakes or toasted seeds for topping 🌶️🌰

Heat oil or butter in a large pan over medium heat.

Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add sliced cabbage and a pinch of salt.
