π Ingredients (Serves 2β3):

1 sweetheart cabbage, thinly sliced π₯¬

1 tbsp olive oil or butter π§

2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced or minced π§

Juice of 1/2 a lemon π

Salt & pepper to taste π§

Optional: chilli flakes or toasted seeds for topping πΆοΈπ°

Heat oil or butter in a large pan over medium heat.

Add garlic and sautΓ© for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add sliced cabbage and a pinch of salt.

Stir-fry for 3β5 minutes until tender but still vibrant.
