Sautéed Hispi Cabbage with Garlic and Lemon

Ingredients:

  • 1 head of Hispi cabbage, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add the chopped Hispi cabbage to the pan, stirring to coat with oil and garlic.
  4. Season with salt and pepper, then sauté for 4-5 minutes until tender but still vibrant.
  5. Stir in lemon zest and juice, and sprinkle sesame seeds if using.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm. Enjoy!
