  • 1 sweetheart cabbage, thinly sliced πŸ₯¬

  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter 🧈

  • 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced or minced πŸ§„

  • Juice of 1/2 a lemon πŸ‹

  • Salt & pepper to taste πŸ§‚

  • Optional: chilli flakes or toasted seeds for topping 🌢️🌰
