  • 1 pack Premium Beech Mushrooms (Shimeji) πŸ„

  • 1 tbsp olive oil or sesame oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced πŸ§„

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari) πŸ₯’

  • 1 tsp mirin or a dash of sugar (optional)

  • Sprinkle of chili flakes or sesame seeds (optional) 🌢️

  • Fresh spring onion or coriander to garnish 🌿

  1. Trim the base of the mushroom cluster and separate gently.
