Toasted Cheese & Apple-Garlic Chutney Sandwich
A golden, savoury-sweet melt with serious flavour.
Ingredients (Serves 1):

2 slices of sourdough or farmhouse bread
-
2–3 slices of mature Cheddar or Red Leicester

1 tbsp Mrs Darlington’s Apple & Garlic Chutney

Butter (for toasting)
Instructions:

Butter the outside of the bread slices.

Spread Apple & Garlic Chutney on the inside of one slice.

Add your cheese slices and top with the second slice.

Toast in a pan over medium heat for 3–4 mins each side until golden and melty.

Serve with a few crisps or a side salad — or just enjoy it straight from the pan.
