Here’s a simple and delicious recipe for Mooli (Daikon Radish) Salad:

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium-sized mooli (daikon radish), peeled and grated
  • 1 carrot, peeled and grated
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro (coriander)
