Fast, fiery, and full of flavour โ€” ready in 15 minutes!

๐Ÿ›’ Ingredients (Serves 2):

  • 2 nests of egg noodles or rice noodles

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced ๐Ÿง„

  • 1โ€“2 Long Red Chillies, thinly sliced ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

  • 1 tsp rice vinegar or lime juice

  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup

  • Spring onions & sesame seeds for garnish

  • Optional: stir-fried veg or tofu/chicken

๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿณ Instructions:

  1. Cook noodles according to the package, drain and set aside.

  2. In a hot pan, add sesame oil, garlic, and red chillies โ€” sizzle for 30 seconds.

  3. Add soy sauce, vinegar, and honey โ€” stir well.

  4. Toss in the noodles (and any extras like veg or protein).

  5. Stir-fry for 2โ€“3 minutes until coated and hot.

  6. Garnish with spring onions and sesame seeds.
