๐ Ingredients (Serves 2):

2 nests of egg noodles or rice noodles
-
2 cloves garlic, minced ๐ง
-
1โ2 Long Red Chillies, thinly sliced ๐ถ๏ธ
-
2 tbsp soy sauce
-
1 tbsp sesame oil
-
1 tsp rice vinegar or lime juice
-
1 tsp honey or maple syrup
-
Spring onions & sesame seeds for garnish

Optional: stir-fried veg or tofu/chicken
๐ฉโ๐ณ Instructions:

Cook noodles according to the package, drain and set aside.

In a hot pan, add sesame oil, garlic, and red chillies โ sizzle for 30 seconds.

Add soy sauce, vinegar, and honey โ stir well.

Toss in the noodles (and any extras like veg or protein).

Stir-fry for 2โ3 minutes until coated and hot.
