🛒 Ingredients (Serves 2):

200g Gourmet Oyster Mushrooms

1.5 tbsp olive oil
-
1 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
-
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
-
1/2 tsp garlic powder
-
Salt & pepper to taste 🧂

Optional: squeeze of lemon juice 🍋 or chopped parsley 🌿

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking tray.

Gently tear oyster mushrooms into bite-size pieces.

In a bowl, toss mushrooms with olive oil, soy sauce, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Spread evenly on tray (not overlapping).

Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy on the edges.

🍄🍝🧄 Creamy Garlic Oyster Mushroom Pasta
🛒 Ingredients (Serves 2):

200g Gourmet Oyster Mushrooms, cleaned & torn into strips
-
200g pasta (tagliatelle, fettuccine, or spaghetti)
-
1 tbsp olive oil
-
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped 🧄
-
150ml plant-based cream (or single cream) 🌱
-
1 tbsp nutritional yeast or vegan parmesan (optional)
-
Salt & pepper to taste
-
Fresh parsley or chives for garnish 🌿

Optional: a dash of lemon juice 🍋
👩🍳 Instructions:

Cook pasta according to package directions. Reserve 1/4 cup pasta water.

In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.

Add oyster mushrooms and cook for 5–7 minutes until golden and tender.

Pour in plant-based cream and stir in nutritional yeast. Simmer 2–3 minutes.

Add drained pasta and a splash of pasta water. Toss well to coat.
