🍓🍇 Deluxe Fruit Sharing Platter

An easy way to make your fruit box the centrepiece of the table.

🛒 Ingredients – Serves 4–6

• 2 apples
• 2 pears
• 2 satsumas
• 1 large orange
• A handful of seedless grapes
• A handful of blueberries
• A handful of premium strawberries
• A few Ravier dates
• A squeeze of lemon juice, optional

👩‍🍳 Method

1. Wash the apples, pears, grapes and berries.
2. Slice the apples and pears, removing the cores.
3. Peel and divide the satsumas and orange into segments.
4. Arrange the fruit on a large plate or serving board.
5. Add the dates, removing any stones before serving.
6. If preparing ahead, toss the apple and pear slices with a little lemon juice to help reduce browning.

🍎🍐 Cosy Apple & Pear Crumble

A comforting pudding using seasonal fruit from your box.

🛒 Ingredients – Serves 4

• 2 apples, peeled, cored and chopped
• 2 pears, cored and chopped
• 2 tbsp water
• 1 tbsp sugar
• ½ tsp cinnamon, optional

For the topping:

• 100g plain flour
• 50g cold butter, cubed
• 40g sugar
• 30g rolled oats

👩‍🍳 Method

1. Heat the oven to 190°C / 170°C fan.
2. Put the apples, pears, water, sugar and cinnamon into a saucepan.
3. Cover and cook gently for 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beginning to soften.
4. Transfer to a small ovenproof dish.
5. Rub the butter into the flour until it resembles breadcrumbs.
6. Stir in the sugar and oats, then scatter over the fruit.
7. Bake for 25–30 minutes, until golden and bubbling.

🍓🫐 Quick Berry & Banana Breakfast Bowls

A simple breakfast with plenty of colour.

🛒 Ingredients – Serves 2

• 2 bananas, sliced
• A handful of strawberries, washed and sliced
• A handful of blueberries, washed
• 300g plain yoghurt or a dairy-free alternative
• 4 tbsp granola or oats
• 2 Ravier dates, stones removed and finely chopped

👩‍🍳 Method

1. Divide the yoghurt between two bowls.
2. Add the bananas, strawberries and blueberries.
3. Sprinkle over the granola or oats.
4. Finish with the chopped dates and enjoy.

Yes. We choose seasonal varieties according to availability.

How should I store the fruit?

Refrigerate berries and grapes, keeping them dry until you’re ready to wash and eat them. Allow firm pears to ripen at room temperature before refrigerating. Keep bananas at room temperature and follow the storage instructions on your dates packet.
