🛒 Ingredients:

1 full bunch fresh coriander, leaves and tender stems

1 small green chilli (adjust to taste) 🌶️

1 small garlic clove

Juice of 1 lemon 🍋

1–2 tbsp water (for blending)

1/2 tsp salt

Optional: 1 tbsp yoghurt or mint leaves for creaminess or extra freshness

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
