Here’s a delicious recipe for Stir-Fried Chinese Leaf:

Ingredients:
– 1 Napa cabbage, sliced thinly
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
– 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
– 1/2 teaspoon sugar

– 1 teaspoon sesame oil
– Salt and pepper to taste

– 1 tablespoon soy sauce
– Optional: sliced green onions or sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions:
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.

2. Add the minced garlic to the pan and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

3. Add the sliced Chinese leaf to the pan. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the leaves are wilted and tender.

4. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.

5. Pour the sauce over the stir-fried Chinese leaf in the pan. Stir well to coat the leaves evenly.
