Recipe :

Here’s a delicious recipe for Creamy Celeriac Mash:

Ingredients:
– 1 large celeriac, peeled and diced
– 2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1/4 cup heavy cream

– 2 tablespoons butter
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Fresh chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:
1. Place the diced celeriac and potatoes in a large pot of salted water. Bring to a boil and cook until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
2. Drain  and return them to the pot.
3. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
4. Add the garlic butter, heavy cream, salt, and pepper to the pot with the cooked celeriac and potatoes.
5. Use a potato masher or immersion blender to mash the mixture until smooth and creamy.
6. Adjust seasoning to taste with additional salt and pepper if needed.
7. Serve the Creamy  Mash hot, garnished with fresh chopped parsley if desired.

Celeriac roasted Recipe :

Here’s a simple and tasty recipe for Roasted Celeriac:

Ingredients:
– 1 large celeriac, peeled and cut into cubes or wedges
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon dried thyme
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Fresh chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Place the cubed or wedged celeriac on a large baking sheet.
3. Drizzle olive oil over the celeriac and sprinkle minced garlic, dried thyme, salt, and pepper evenly.
4. Toss the celeriac until well coated with the oil and seasonings.
5. Spread  out in a single layer on the baking sheet.
6. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the celeriac is tender and golden brown, stirring halfway through cooking.
7. Remove from the oven and transfer the roasted celeriac to a serving dish.
