🛒 Ingredients (Serves 4):

  • 1 British cauliflower, cut into florets 🥦

  • 2 tbsp olive oil 🫒

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced 🧄

  • 1 tsp dried thyme or rosemary 🌿

  • Salt & black pepper to taste 🧂

  • Optional: squeeze of lemon juice or sprinkle of Parmesan to finish 🍋🧀

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C / 400°F.

  2. Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic, herbs, salt and pepper.

  3. Spread on a baking tray in a single layer.

  4. Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping once, until golden and crisp on the edges.

  5. Optional: drizzle with lemon juice or sprinkle with cheese before serving.
