Ingredients (Serves 4):

1 British cauliflower, cut into florets

2 tbsp olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp dried thyme or rosemary

Salt & black pepper to taste

Optional: squeeze of lemon juice or sprinkle of Parmesan to finish
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 200°C / 400°F.

Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic, herbs, salt and pepper.

Spread on a baking tray in a single layer.
