• 100ml Belvoir Freshly Squeezed Lemonade

• 50ml soda water or elderflower cordial

• Juice of 1/4 lime

• A few cucumber ribbons

• Mint leaves

• Ice cubes

• Garnish: lemon slice & mint sprig

Instructions:

1. Fill a glass with ice, cucumber, and mint.

2. Add lime juice and elderflower (if using).

3. Top with chilled Belvoir Lemonade and soda water.
