An order is confirmed only once you receive confirmation from us. We may refuse or cancel orders, for example due to stock issues or pricing errors. If payment has been made, you will receive a refund.
7. Prices & Payment
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

8. Delivery / Collection
Delivery times are estimates and may change due to circumstances beyond our control.
It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the order. If goods are left in a safe place at your request, responsibility passes to you at that point.
9. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot usually accept returns.
If there is a problem with quality or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos where possible. We will assess the issue and may offer a refund or replacement.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
10. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled up to 10 hours before their delivery time frame. After this time, cancellations may not be possible.
