π Ingredients (Serves 1β2):

1 pack White Enoki Mushrooms π

1β2 packs instant or fresh ramen noodles

500ml vegetable broth

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp sesame oil

1 clove garlic, finely minced
-
1 spring onion, chopped πΏ

Optional toppings: boiled egg, chilli oil, spinach, tofu, nori

Trim the base of the enoki mushrooms and gently separate.

In a pot, heat broth with garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil.

Add noodles and cook according to packet instructions.
