π Ingredients (Serves 4β6):

1/2 British white cabbage, finely shredded π₯¬

1 large carrot, grated π₯

1/2 red onion, finely sliced (optional)

4 tbsp mayonnaise

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice π

1 tsp Dijon mustard

Salt & pepper to taste π§

Optional: 1 tsp sugar for classic sweetness

In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, grated carrot, and onion.
