Ingredients:

– 4 medium-sized turnips, peeled and cut into cubes

– 2 tablespoons olive oil

– 1 teaspoon garlic powder

– 1 teaspoon paprika

– Salt and pepper to taste

– Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminium foil.

2. In a large bowl, toss the cubed turnips with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

3. Spread the seasoned  cubes in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

4. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the turnips are tender and golden brown, stirring halfway through to ensure even cooking.
