🛒 Ingredients (Serves 2–3):

1/2 Savoy cabbage, thinly sliced 🥬

1 tbsp butter or olive oil 🧈

2 cloves garlic, finely chopped 🧄

Salt & pepper to taste 🧂

Optional: squeeze of lemon juice or a pinch of chilli flakes 🍋🌶️
