Bold heat. Fruity fire. Just 5 ingredients.
π Ingredients (Yields ~1 cup):

5β6 Red Habanero Chillies, stemmed (leave seeds for max heat!)

2 cloves garlic

1/2 cup white vinegar or apple cider vinegar

1 tbsp lime juice π

1 tsp salt

Optional: 1 small carrot or mango for a sweeter twist π₯π₯

Blend all ingredients until smooth.

Simmer in a saucepan for 5β10 minutes over low heat (optional, for mellower heat and longer shelf life).
