ππ Quick Garlic Soy Beech Mushroom Stir-Fry
π Ingredients (Serves 2):

1 pack Premium Beech Mushrooms (Shimeji) π

1 tbsp olive oil or sesame oil

2 cloves garlic, minced π§

1 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari) π₯’

1 tsp mirin or a dash of sugar (optional)

Sprinkle of chili flakes or sesame seeds (optional) πΆοΈ

Fresh spring onion or coriander to garnish πΏ

Trim the base of the mushroom cluster and separate gently.

Heat oil in a pan or wok over medium-high heat.

Add garlic and stir for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add mushrooms and sautΓ© for 3β5 minutes until golden and tender.

Stir in soy sauce and mirin. Toss to coat and cook 1 more minute.
