Ingredients (Makes ~12 balls):

1 cup pitted dates

1/2 cup rolled oats
-
1/4 cup peanut butter (or almond butter)

1 tbsp cocoa powder
-
1 tsp chia seeds or flaxseeds (optional)

A pinch of salt

1–2 tbsp water if needed for blending
Instructions:

Add all ingredients to a food processor.

Blend until it forms a sticky dough. Add a splash of water if too dry.

Roll into small balls and chill for 15–20 minutes.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.

Ingredients:

Ingredients:

1 cup pitted dates

Instructions:
