Blistered Padron Peppers (Tapas Style)
Ingredients (Serves 2–4 as a snack or side):

200g Padron Peppers

1 tbsp olive oil

Flaky sea salt

Optional: lemon wedges
or garlic aioli for dipping
Instructions:

Heat olive oil in a large pan over high heat.

Add Padron peppers and cook for 4–5 minutes, turning occasionally until blistered and slightly charred.

Remove from heat and sprinkle generously with sea salt.
