π Ingredients (Serves 2β3):

200g organic tender-stem broccoli π₯¦

1 tbsp sesame oil

2 cloves garlic, finely sliced π§

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp toasted sesame seeds (plus more to garnish)

Optional: a pinch of chilli flakes πΆοΈ or a dash of rice vinegar

Heat sesame oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium-high heat.

Add garlic and stir for 30 seconds until fragrant.
