š Ingredients (Serves 2):

2 nests of egg noodles or rice noodles

2 cloves garlic, minced š§

1ā2 Long Red Chillies, thinly sliced š¶ļø

2 tbsp soy sauce
-
1 tbsp sesame oil
-
1 tsp rice vinegar or lime juice
-
1 tsp honey or maple syrup
-
Spring onions & sesame seeds for garnish

Optional: stir-fried veg or tofu/chicken
š©āš³ Instructions:

Cook noodles according to the package, drain and set aside.

In a hot pan, add sesame oil, garlic, and red chillies ā sizzle for 30 seconds.

Add soy sauce, vinegar, and honey ā stir well.

Toss in the noodles (and any extras like veg or protein).
