Quick Garlic & Green Chilli Stir-Fry Sauce
Ingredients (Perfect for 2–3 servings of stir-fry):

2 Long Green Chillies, thinly sliced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp sesame oil

1 tsp rice vinegar or lime juice

1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional for sweetness)

1 tbsp neutral oil for cooking
Instructions:

Heat neutral oil in a pan over medium heat.
