800g potatoes, chopped into chunks (skin on or peeled)

2 tbsp olive oil ๐ซ

2โ3 sprigs fresh rosemary, chopped ๐ฟ

2 cloves garlic, crushed (optional) ๐ง

Salt & black pepper to taste ๐ง

Preheat oven to 200ยฐC (400ยฐF).

Toss chopped potatoes with olive oil, rosemary, garlic, salt, and pepper.
