- 2 Fennel bulbs 🌿
- 2 tbsp olive oil 🫒
- 1 tsp fresh thyme
- Juice of ½ lemon 🍋
- Black pepper
- Small pinch salt
- Parmesan – optional 🧀

- Preheat the oven to 200°C / 180°C fan.
- Prepare the Fennel and cut into wedges.
- Arrange on a baking tray.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
