1 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter 🥜

🛒 Ingredients:

3 ripe bananas, mashed 🍌

75g (1/3 cup) melted butter 🧈

100g (1/2 cup) brown sugar (or white sugar)

1 egg, beaten 🥚
-
1 tsp vanilla extract
-
1 tsp baking soda
-
Pinch of salt 🧂

190g (1 1/2 cups) plain flour

Optional: 50g chopped walnuts, chocolate chips or cinnamon 🌰🍫

Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease or line a loaf tin.

In a large bowl, mix mashed bananas and melted butter.
