75g (1/3 cup) melted butter π§

100g (1/2 cup) brown sugar (or white sugar)

1 egg, beaten π₯

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp baking soda

Pinch of salt π§

190g (1 1/2 cups) plain flour
