Ingredients:

  • 200g enoki mushrooms, trimmed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
  • Fresh parsley or green onions (for garnish)

Instructions:
