🛒 Ingredients (Serves 1):

For the cocktail:

• 100ml Duskin Jonagold Apple Juice

• 40ml dry white wine or gin

• 50ml sparkling water or Prosecco

• Squeeze of lemon 🍋

• Ice & thin apple slices for garnish

For the mocktail:

• 100ml Duskin Jonagold Apple Juice

• 50ml sparkling water or elderflower pressé

• Squeeze of lemon

• Ice & apple slices

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

1. Fill a tall glass with ice.

2. Add apple juice, lemon juice, and either gin/wine or elderflower (for mocktail).

3. Top with sparkling water or prosecco.
