Ingredients:
– 1 Crown Prince squash
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 teaspoon dried thyme
– Salt and pepper to taste

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Wash the squash and cut it in half lengthwise. Scoop out the seeds and discard.
3. Cut the squash halves into wedges or cubes, depending on your preference.
4. In a large bowl, toss the squash wedges with olive oil, minced garlic, dried thyme, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
