  • 1 full bunch fresh coriander, leaves and tender stems

  • 1 small green chilli (adjust to taste) ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ

  • 1 small garlic clove

  • Juice of 1 lemon ๐Ÿ‹

  • 1โ€“2 tbsp water (for blending)

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • Optional: 1 tbsp yoghurt or mint leaves for creaminess or extra freshness

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor.

  2. Blend until smooth and bright green โ€” add water as needed to loosen.
