π« Chocomel Chocolate Lava Cake π«

Ingredients:

1 cup Chocomel Chocolate Flavoured Milk π₯π«

100g dark chocolate (chopped) π«

Instructions:

Melt the Chocolate & Butter
In a heatproof bowl, combine the chopped dark chocolate and butter. Place it over a pot of simmering water (double boiler method) or microwave in short bursts, stirring in between, until completely melted. Add in Chocomel Chocolate Flavoured Milk and stir until smooth and combined. -
Prepare the Cake Batter
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and salt. Add the eggs, egg yolks, and vanilla extract, and whisk until smooth. Gradually add the melted chocolate mixture and stir until combined. -
Prepare the Ramekins
Grease 4 ramekins with butter and lightly dust them with flour or cocoa powder to prevent sticking. Pour the batter evenly into each ramekin, filling each about 3/4 of the way. -
