- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce

- 1 tbsp sea salt
- 2 garlic cloves, minced π§
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp fish sauce or soy sauce

- Place the chopped Chinese Leaf into a large bowl.
