  • 1 small Chinese Leaf, chopped 🥬
  • 2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced 🧄
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar or lime juice 🍋
  • 1 tsp freshly grated ginger, optional
  • Toasted sesame seeds
  • Sliced spring onions 🌿
  • Optional chilli flakes 🌶️

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Heat the sesame oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger and stir-fry for approximately 30 seconds.

  • 1 Chinese Leaf, chopped into bite-sized pieces 🥬
  • 1 tbsp sea salt
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced 🧄
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce or soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp gochugaru (Korean chilli flakes) 🌶️
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 spring onions, sliced 🌿

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Place the chopped Chinese Leaf into a large bowl.
