🛒 Ingredients:

1 head of Chinese Leaf, chopped into bite-sized pieces

1 tbsp sea salt

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 tsp ginger, grated

1 tbsp fish sauce (or soy sauce for vegan)

1 tbsp Gochugaru (Korean chili flakes) or mild chili flakes 🌶️

2 spring onions, sliced

Place chopped Chinese Leaf in a large bowl, sprinkle with salt, and toss well. Let sit for 1 hour to draw out moisture.
