  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Optional: 1/2 tsp ground cumin or thyme for extra flavour

  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

  2. Prepare the carrots:
    Wash the carrots thoroughly, trim the ends, and cut them into sticks or rounds.

  3. Toss with olive oil and honey:
    In a large bowl, combine the carrots with olive oil, honey, salt, pepper, and any additional seasonings like cumin or thyme. Toss until evenly coated.
