🛒 Ingredients (Serves 4–6):

1/2 head British red cabbage, finely shredded 🥬

1 large apple, peeled and grated 🍎

1 small red onion, thinly sliced

2 tbsp apple cider vinegar or red wine vinegar

2 tbsp brown sugar or maple syrup

1 tbsp olive oil or butter 🧈

Optional: 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon or a pinch of clove for warmth

Heat olive oil or butter in a large pan over medium heat.
