Sweet-and-spicy recipe using Brighton Hot Sauce – Sweetie that’s both easy and delicious! 

Sweetie Chicken & Veggie Wraps 
A perfect balance of sweet, savoury, and just the right amount of heat
Ingredients:

2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced

1 tbsp olive oil
-
2 tbsp Brighton Hot Sauce – Sweetie
-
1 tsp garlic powder
-
1 tsp smoked paprika
-
1/2 bell pepper, thinly sliced
-
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
-
A handful of spinach or mixed greens
-
4 whole wheat or flour tortillas
-
2 tbsp cream cheese or hummus (optional for extra creaminess)
Instructions:

Season the Chicken
In a bowl, mix the sliced chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and Brighton Sweetie Sauce. Let it marinate for 10–15 mins (or longer if you have time). -
Cook the Chicken
Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the chicken until browned and cooked through (about 5–7 mins). Set aside. -
Cook the Veggies
In the same pan, add a little more oil if needed, and sauté the bell pepper and red onion until softened (about 3–4 mins). Season with a pinch of salt and pepper. -
Assemble the Wraps
Warm your tortillas. Spread a thin layer of cream cheese or hummus on each tortilla if using, then layer with the cooked chicken, sautéed veggies, and fresh spinach. -
Roll & Serve
Roll up the tortillas, slice in half, and serve with extra Brighton Sweetie Sauce for dipping!
