π Orchard Glazed Pork Chops π

Ingredients:

2 pork chops (bone-in or boneless) π·

2 tbsp Brighton Hot Sauce β Orchards π

1 tbsp wholegrain mustard πΎ

1 tbsp honey π―

1 tbsp olive oil π«

Salt & pepper π§

Fresh thyme (optional) πΏ
Instructions:

Make the Glaze
In a small bowl, mix Brighton Orchards sauce, mustard, honey, and a pinch of salt & pepper. -
Sear the Pork
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper, then sear for 3β4 mins on each side until golden brown. -
Add the Glaze
Lower the heat, pour the glaze over the pork, and let it bubble and thicken, spooning it over the chops until sticky and glossy (about 2β3 mins). Add thyme if using. -
Serve
