With Brighton Hot Sauce – Orchards

Ingredients:

  • 2 pork chops (bone-in or boneless) 🐷

  • 2 tbsp Brighton Hot Sauce – Orchards 🍏

  • 1 tbsp wholegrain mustard 🌾

  • 1 tbsp honey 🍯

  • 1 tbsp olive oil πŸ«’

  • Salt & pepper πŸ§‚

  • Fresh thyme (optional) 🌿


Instructions:

  1. Make the Glaze
    In a small bowl, mix Brighton Orchards sauce, mustard, honey, and a pinch of salt & pepper.

  2. Sear the Pork
    Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper, then sear for 3–4 mins on each side until golden brown.

  3. Add the Glaze
    Lower the heat, pour the glaze over the pork, and let it bubble and thicken, spooning it over the chops until sticky and glossy (about 2–3 mins). Add thyme if using.

  4. Serve
