Tangy and tasty recipe using Brighton Hot Sauce – Gherkin that’s perfect for adding a bit of zest and heat to your meal! 

Gherkin-Infused Chicken Burgers 
With a zesty kick from Brighton Hot Sauce – Gherkin
Ingredients:

500g ground chicken or turkey

2 tbsp Brighton Hot Sauce – Gherkin
-
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
-
1 small onion, finely chopped
-
1 tsp garlic powder
-
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
-
Salt & pepper to taste
-
4 burger buns
-
Fresh lettuce
-
Sliced tomato
-
Optional: cheese slices (cheddar or your choice)
Instructions:

Prepare the Burger Mix
In a bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and 1 tbsp of the Brighton Hot Sauce – Gherkin. Mix until everything is well combined. -
Form the Patties
Divide the mixture into 4 portions and form into burger patties. -
Cook the Patties
Heat a pan or grill over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 5–7 minutes on each side until fully cooked through (internal temperature of 75°C/165°F). -
Toast the Buns
Lightly butter and toast your burger buns until golden and crispy. -
Assemble the Burgers
Spread the remaining Brighton Hot Sauce – Gherkin on the buns, then layer with a cooked chicken patty, lettuce, tomato slices, and cheese if desired. -
Serve
Serve your Gherkin-infused chicken burgers with crispy fries, a side salad, or extra pickles for that tangy crunch!
Bonus Idea: You can also use the sauce as a dipping sauce for your fries or to drizzle over a veggie side dish!
