Lime & Yuzu Mojito Cocktail (With Rum)

Ingredients (Serves 1):

• 100ml Belvoir Farm Lime & Yuzu Mojito

• 40ml white rum

• Juice of 1/2 lime

• 5–6 fresh mint leaves

• 1 tsp sugar or honey (optional)

• Ice cubes or crushed ice

• Garnish: lime wedge, mint sprig, or a strip of yuzu zest

Instructions:

1. In a glass, muddle mint with lime juice and sugar (if using).

2. Add rum and fill with ice.
