Ingredients (Serves 1–2):

1 ripe banana, sliced

200ml milk (dairy or plant-based
)

1 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter

1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)

A handful of ice or 1 frozen banana slice

Optional: 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
Instructions:

Add all ingredients to a blender.

Classic Banana Bread Recipe
Moist, comforting, and packed with real banana flavour.
Ingredients:

3 ripe bananas, mashed

75g (1/3 cup) melted butter

100g (1/2 cup) brown sugar (or white sugar)

1 egg, beaten
-
1 tsp vanilla extract
-
1 tsp baking soda
-
Pinch of salt
-
190g (1 1/2 cups) plain flour

Optional: 50g chopped walnuts, chocolate chips or cinnamon
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease or line a loaf tin.

In a large bowl, mix mashed bananas and melted butter.

Stir in sugar, egg, and vanilla extract.

Sprinkle in baking soda and salt, then mix in flour until just combined.

Fold in any optional add-ins like nuts or chocolate chips.

Pour batter into the loaf tin and smooth the top.
